摘要

结合石油勘探的特点，简要阐述了提高石油勘探创造力所需要的风险决策、油气发现、形象思维、灵活思维与表达思想的能力，并指出了形成这些创造性才能的途径。

Abstract

Based on the characteristics of petroleum exploration, the creativity capabilities in the aspects of risk decision!making, oil and gas discovery, imagery thinking, flexibility of thinking and the expression of thought for petroleumexploration are expounded. The ways for cultivating these capabilities are also analyzed.
